La Ghirada Bed & Breakfast was completely renovated in 2012 following sustainability criteria for which the house has obtained class A certification.

Furnished with taste and simplicity, it offers its guests the opportunity to stay in double or double single use rooms, all equipped with:

– private services
– television
– hairdryer
– automatic air recycling
– air conditioning
– underfloor heating system
– WIFI network.

Prices

– Single room: € 40.00 per night
– Double room: € 50.00 per night

Extra:

– Children under 2 years free without additional bed;
– Special conditions for long stays;
– Possible extra bed € 15.00

Rates include accommodation, breakfast *, towels and bed linen, daily cleaning, private external car park.

The prices indicated do not include the TOURIST TAX: euro 1.00 per person per night (EXEMPT minors up to the age of 14). Payment must be made upon arrival at the same time as the keys are handed over.

* The breakfasts, in compliance with the regional law of November 4 n ° 33/2002, are supplied without any type of manipulation.

IMPORTANT! We remind you to always contact the owner at the time of your arrival for the delivery of the keys as there is no concierge service.

RULES and USEFUL INFORMATION

– The rooms are located on the first floor;
– Smoking is strictly forbidden inside any room;
– All common areas are video monitored;
– Cash prepayment is required;
– Guests are required to register at check-in with a valid identity document;
– The use of the kitchen and other service areas must be agreed with the owners;
– Always contact the owner upon arrival for the delivery of the keys as there is no concierge service;
– Any non-accidental damage must be compensated;
– Respect for other guests and neighbors is required.
